Bu koşullar, MedReminder uygulamasını ve isteğe bağlı "Aile" hizmetini kullanan siz ile uygulamayı geliştiren ve işleten APPOUSE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ arasındadır. Uygulamayı kurarak ve kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

MedReminder, ilaç hatırlatmaları üreten çevrimdışı bir uygulamadır. Hatırlatmalar cihazınızda üretilir ve bir sunucuya bağımlı değildir.
İsteğe bağlı Aile hizmeti, bir aile kurmanıza veya katılmanıza; bir üye dozunu kaçırdığında diğer üyelere bildirim gitmesine ve uyum özetlerinin paylaşılmasına olanak tanır. Bu içerik cihazınızda uçtan uca şifrelenir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.
Aile bildirimleri "elden gelenin en iyisi" (best effort) esasıyla iletilir. Bir bildirimin gönderileceğini, ulaşacağını veya zamanında ulaşacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Bildirimler; işletim sistemi kısıtları, pil optimizasyonu ve üretici kısıtlamaları, kapatılmış bildirim izinleri, ağ kesintileri, Apple veya Google'ın iletim altyapısındaki sorunlar, sunucu bakımı ya da kesintiler nedeniyle gecikebilir veya hiç ulaşmayabilir.
Hizmeti önceden haber vermeksizin geçici olarak durdurabilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Aile hizmeti ücretsiz sunulmaktadır ve süreklilik taahhüdü içermez.
MedReminder teşhis koymaz, tedavi önermez, ilaç etkileşimi denetlemez ve hekim tavsiyesinin yerine geçmez. İlaç kullanımınıza ilişkin her kararı hekiminiz veya eczacınızla alın. Acil bir durumda acil sağlık hizmetlerini arayın; uygulamanın bildirimlerini beklemeyin.
Aile hizmeti için oluşturulan hesap takma adlıdır; e-posta veya parola istemez. Cihazınızın erişim jetonu o cihazda saklanır. Cihazınızın güvenliğinden ve cihazınıza erişebilen kişilerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Bir aileye kabul ettiğiniz kişilerin, paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz bilgileri görebileceğini kabul edersiniz. Kimi kabul edeceğiniz sizin kararınızdır.

Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapların hizmete erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Aile içinde paylaşılan görünen adlar ve içerikler kullanıcılar tarafından girilir; bunları okuyamadığımız için (uçtan uca şifreli) önceden denetleyemez veya kaldıramayız. Rahatsız edici bir durumda ilgili üyeyi aileden çıkarabilir veya aileden ayrılabilirsiniz. Kötüye kullanım bildirimlerini mustafa.ulukaya@appouse.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.
"Reklamları kaldır" tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve App Store ile Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir; ödemeyi biz tahsil etmediğimiz için iadeyi de biz yapamayız.
Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. İlaç verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman JSON veya CSV olarak dışa aktarabilir, Aile hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama ve Aile hizmeti "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; bir bildirimin ulaşmamasından, gecikmesinden veya yanlış zamanlanmasından, bir dozun kaçırılmasından, atlanmasından ya da yanlış alınmasından, veri kaybından veya hizmet kesintisinden doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu sınırlama, tüketicinin yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını ve kasıt veya ağır ihmal hâllerini kapsamaz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

These terms are between you, as a user of the MedReminder app and the optional "Family" service, and APPOUSE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company registered in Türkiye, which builds and operates it. By installing and using the app you accept these terms.

MedReminder is an offline app that generates medication reminders. Those reminders are produced on your device and do not depend on a server.
The optional Family service lets you create or join a family, sends alerts to other members when someone misses a dose, and shares adherence summaries. That content is end-to-end encrypted on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Family alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not promise that any alert will be sent, will arrive, or will arrive on time. Alerts may be delayed or lost because of operating system restrictions, battery optimisation and manufacturer limitations, revoked notification permissions, network outages, problems in Apple's or Google's delivery infrastructure, server maintenance or downtime.
We may suspend, change or discontinue the service without prior notice. The Family service is provided free of charge and carries no availability commitment.
MedReminder does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, does not check drug interactions and does not replace medical advice. Make every decision about your medication with your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call emergency services — do not wait for an app notification.
The account created for the Family service is pseudonymous; it asks for no email and no password. Your device's access token is stored on that device. You are responsible for the security of your device and for who can access it.
You accept that people you admit to a family can see the information you have chosen to share. Whom you admit is your decision.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms.
Display names and content shared within a family are entered by users. Because that content is end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read it, we cannot screen or remove it in advance. If something is objectionable you can remove the member from the family or leave the family yourself. Report abuse to mustafa.ulukaya@appouse.com.
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by that store's rules; since we do not collect the payment, we cannot issue the refund either.
How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your medication data as JSON or CSV at any time, and delete your Family account from inside the app.
The app and the Family service are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from an alert that did not arrive, arrived late or was mistimed; from a dose that was missed, skipped or taken incorrectly; or from data loss or service interruption.
This limitation does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection law, nor does it apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Your rights under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence are unaffected.
